Helpful tips for your first-time logging into AUB Online and Mobile Banking
In an effort to further assist in your transition from American National Bank to Atlantic Union Bank, below are some helpful Online and Mobile Banking tips for your first login.
Logging into Online Banking
- Go toAtlanticUnionBank.com, select Personal Online Banking or Former American National Bank Small Business from the drop down, based on whether you have a personal or small business account.
- Enter your first-timelogin information, and click “LOGIN”.
- Upon your first login, you’ll be prompted to change your username & password.
- For added security, you’ll then be asked to verify your identity by entering a one-time security code provided to you by email, text message or a phone call.
If the phone number in the system is not current, you may have trouble logging in and will need to visit a branch or call into our Customer Care Center at 1.800.990.4828 to verify your identity and have your contact information updated.

Monitor your direct deposit & automatic drafts
You will need to notify each originator (e.g., your payroll department for direct deposits) of your new Atlantic Union Bank routing number and account number. The new routing number will be 051403164,and we will send an automated notice of change to your ACH originators on your behalf.

eBills will not transfer, so you will need to set up eBills along with any associated payment preferences.

Set up Person to Person (P2P) Payments with Zelle through Online Banking
We partner with Zelle® to provide P2P payments to a bank account, email address or mobile phone number. Visit the “Transfer Money” tab in Online Banking to begin making payments.

Deposit Account Updates:
- Account numbers won’t change unless we contact you.
- You can continue to use your American National checks. Please contact us when you want to reorder.
- Starting May 27, begin using only your Atlantic Union Bank debit card.
- Routing number will change to 051403164.
- Direct deposit and automatic drafts will continue as scheduled.

Loan Account FAQs:
In a few cases, there will be account number changes. If impacted, you will receive a separate correspondence with your old and new account numbers.
Yes, there will be no interruption to existing automatic payments.
Yes, you can continue to use your existing checks. You will receive a separate communication if you are issued new checks because your account number has changed.
Yes, you can expect to receive your loan statements around the same time each month.
