In a quart glass measuring cup, heat 1 can of vanilla frosting in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds or until it is pourable.

Then, stir in 1/4 cup dark molasses with the melted frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1 can vanilla frosting
  • 2/3 cup powdered milk
  • 1 1/2 – 2 cups cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1/4 cup dark molasses

Instructions

  • First, heat 1 can of vanilla frosting in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds or until it is pourable.

  • Meanwhile, whisk together 2/3 cup powdered milk, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon cloves, and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg in a medium bowl.

  • Pour and stir in 1/4 cup dark molasses with the melted frosting in the bowl of seasonings.

  • Slowly add 1 1/2 to 2 cups cornstarch and1/2 cup vegetable oil, alternating between the two, until the slime is thick and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Turn out on waxed paper for playing.
